The apartments are very nice inside, the living rooms are very dark though year round, in the 2 x 2, and make sure you plan to pay an extra $40 a month for garbage, and $30 for water and sewer. And don't live on the 3rd floor, no elevator it gets old, and the parking is bad. A nice sterile hotel like environment, not a community. If you like this it's for you...... Can't wait to move.....and the relocation guarantee is a hoax...
