This property is pretty decent. It's pet friendly, but the residents aren't pet friendly since they are all Indian. The parents put the fear of dogs in their children so when the children see a dog coming-- they drop their bikes and run to their parents.
The management staff SUCKED the first 1-2 years we lived here and recently they've revamped or hired a new set of staff because they rock now. They will hear you out, usually, and are very friendly.
The maintenace crew is awesome, especially Curtis. The place might be falling apart, but they respond in a timely matter. Unless it's a leaking roof- that might take a month to repair (it did for us and they offered us nothing in return).
They have nighttime patrol which I found came in handy when the neighbors wouldn't stop running back and forth above us. Not that it made us feel safe, but it helped us with the annoying neighbors.
If you are looking for a decent place to live, awesome parking and beautiful grounds- this is your place if you can deal with all of the ------- living there, their smelly food and their loud and annoying kids.

I agree with almost everything that is written here. I am an Indian myself and quite frankly ashamed to see the fellow countrymen, mostly FOBs acting the way they are. On top of that, they live 8 to an apartment further screwing the water bill which is already high. Blame the Indian (and a few American) consulting firms (read sweatshops) for bringing in them over to work at three companies near the area (I am sure you guessed all three of them). This place was wonderful when we moved here 4 years ago but now going downhill mostly due to the reasons listed above. The management is great and very responsive, rent is reasonable if you keep signing the long term leases.

"the residents aren't pet friendly since they are all Indian".. Gee, how racist is that? Let me tell you. I am an Indian, we have 2 cats and a dog. Yes, I am fortunate I own a house in the area but to write this way ..their smelly food..and loud annoying kids..I think you need to open your eyes and not typecast a community. Granted, there will always be some folks who are annoying but this doesn't have to mean 'Indian'. By typcasting a race, you are just showing the kind of person you are. Let me tell you this much. Those ------- send their kids to Fairlands, Mohr, elementary schools and are largely responsible for the very high posted scores that have elevated those communities and the properties. We may have the "smelly" food but we dont steal, we don't do drugs, you won't find guns, you won't smell pot smoking on a balcony. Believe me, I lived in one of Pleasanton's better complexes and there was drugs and theft and guess what, none of that was Indian. Most ------- over here are professional folks on assignments or whatever. They are honest and peaceful people.
