This is a very nice complex grounds are very well maintained. Units are spacious and nice. Some units have standin water (year round) under them which causes a meldew smell. It is managed by an elderly couple who gets very irritated if you ask for maintenance, I submitted a request that they tell me how to open the lighting fixture in the kitchen so I could change the bulbs, he came to my door and scolded me saying "when we took this place over no body showed me how to do this if figured it out you have to use some common since". (I had tried but was worried I would harm the wood incasing and rather than breaking something thought I should check first. I'm very self sufficient)He showed me then said since he was here he would go ahead and change them. I told him I had not purchased the lights yet because I was unsure what length I needed, he said he had some. When he was finished he announced that would be $2.75 per light and I could not give him a check it would have to be cash. I scrambled gathering cash, I had not been to the bank yet. I could not find the reset button on the garbage disposal so again I submitted a note in writing,manager showes up at my door angry that It should only have to be reset if someone is abusing it.
Kid's, Not a good Idea. They are not allowed to play outside, my child climbing on a counter feel which sent him into a screeming frenzy for 20 minutes. The next day I came home to a noise complaint about my childs uncontrollable screeming, also that my child not chatter while coming and going from the car.
There is plenty of parking. Very possitive landscaping and units. Management lurks outside listening for what is going on inside. You are not allowed to use your shower after 9:00pm, ok unless you have a late and dirty day. had a couple of instances where a shower was neccessary, i was notified that it was an infraction the very next day. Management continually reminds you that there are older people who live there and they don't like alot of coming and going and tolarate no sound above a wisper.
