When we moved in it was a great place to live, then shortly after we moved in the manager decided to take an different job then the hell began. Once our lease was up for review/renewal almost every year they started complaining about stuff that we were doing "wrong". We had a water leak coming from the upstairs apartment dishwasher and when he came by to check it had stopped leaking so he didn't believe me so they got mad that I bothered them. It kept happening then when it became a huge leak they finally did something. Then our car had a flat in our stall so we had a friend come help change it we got yelled at for "working on our car", or when it ended up breaking down a few years later and even tho it was in our stall we "couldn't be storing our car". It just kept getting worse one bathroom light stopped working we told them the whole unit was burned out they never replaced it. Washer broke down had to have a new one they took forever, dryers heating element burned out a few times because the vent had a major clog so I ended up cleaning it myself. The ceiling in the shower ended up collapsing from a water leak from the tub drain upstairs on a weekend and the first word out of there mouth was I never seen this happen before and someone will be out on Monday or Tuesday. I ended up tacking plastic to the ceiling so I could take a shower. Managers would walk the grounds at all times of day and night snooping if you had your windows or blinds open be sure to have a curtain on it. Toward the end they really wanted us out of there. A couple months before our lease was up I believe they had shown our apartment to other people when we weren't there & my indoor cat (that wasn't in bad health) ended up poisoned/died. Shortly after that we decided to move & mail started showing up for other people that was forwarded from another address. We were told by other neighbors over the years that the came into there apartment w/out any warning and they ended up moving or putting an alarm system in.
