me and my husband have been here for 6 months now and have not alot of complaints. The units are large and spacious, fireplace, huge kitchen, lots of closets, washer dryer, and nice grounds. Water and Garbage is also paid for which is a big plus! The new managment are pretty friendly and dont really bother you. There trying to update the property and are painting the building sometime in the next month. My only compaints are since these are old buildings and were on the bottom floor we hear the upstairs guy alot. Its a little outdated looking too inside (dark brown wood closet doors and regular doors)but its still nice looking. And you cant have dogs only cats. Theres also no pool or anything like that. I think its the best deal in pleasanton though...1075 sq feet, washer dryer, paid water garbage, 2 bedrooms 1 1/2 bath for only 1300!!! And its so close to main street. Its also a very quiet complex. I was on the waiting list for months for this place and iam very happy with living here so far.
