I have lived at Elmridge for a year and a half and it is awful.
There is no on site property manager and you can't get him to call you back for over 24 hours even if your plumbing isn't working.
There is mold growing in our carpet and our baby girls bedroom.He won't put a finish on the front door and it is cracking.
There is dry rot on the fences and balconies an inspector said if you step on the balcony you would fall through.
The apartment manager even gave away are assigned parking space with out telling us.
My husband and I have decided to move due to the poor conditions and we are not getting our deposit back.

We have today in March 2009, 3 seperate tenants that have been here over 10 years and love it. Also we have 5 other seperate tenants that have been here 5 years and love it. If you have any problems, call the office 462-8507 and we will take care of any building issues. Thank you, Norman L. Smith, General Manager
