I have lived here for almost two years now and find it very pleasant, overall.

While I have to agree that there are some dryrot problems with the balcony above me, I admit that I have not reported it to the management.

My neighbors are quiet, as is the neighborhood.

It is patrolled regularly by Pleasanton PD and I feel quite safe living here.

Regarding construction; all doors (room and cupboard) hang straight and open and close without difficulty.

Apartments seem to be well insulated and there is little noise from apartment to apartment, except through open windows.

Central air and heat is effective and convenient.
The management has always been very responsive to requests for maintenance.

My dishwasher leaked badly when I first moved in.

I reported it to management and it was fixed within 48 hrs.

Same with a clogged garbage disposal.

There are some significant advantages to living in a small complex.

Among them would be that management knows all of us and many of us know each other.
The biggest plus of all is that management is pet friendly and allows dogs if they are quiet, well behaved, and not destructive.
Would I recommend this complex? Absolutely!
