On-site manager is extremely unprofessional and rarely in the office. I have been to the office many times to request simple maintenance and after two-years the work still incomplete. Maintenance is never available. He continually says he is waiting for a part in order to repair but never returns calls. Manager is definitely not in control of this property. Sometimes the office looks more like a daycare than a place of business. I enjoy living near downtown Pleasanton and elementary school very convenient for my children but I cannot deal with the inconsistency of management.
