These are lower end apartments. Dont let the price fool you. I'll start with the noise problem, The walls are not correctly insulated, so you can even hear your neighbors having a normal conversation. You can hear everyone when they run their shower/flush their toilets, and of course their TV.
The "Energy Efficient" Dryer is a mess. Although its "ventless" it will fill your apartment with humid hot air, and you have to run it for 2- 2 1/2 hours to dry a small load (these are apartment size appliances) Very loud. There is a door to this "closet turned dryer room" But if you shut it, the dryer will take longer to dry and mold will start growing.
The screen doors do not fit in the doorways(they recently said they are trying to get new screen doors since these do not fit) (so of course crazy critters find their way inside) And although we have double pane windows, it does us little good since air manages to come through the glass sliding door.
I do like the layout, and the kitchen is very cute. Management are pleasant to deal with, although there has been various occasions in which they have allowed the water to be shut off without the required 24 hr notice. And the have accounting wise made a few mistakes in regards to rent (how much our first month rent was, one was calculated then the manager called us to tell us it was calcuted wrong, so we had to pay the difference.
There has only been one occasion where there was police involvement in altracations here.
One pool is decent, the other two and the two spas are horrific! One of the pools is cracked everywhere and the corresponding spa is scary! the other pool and spa is still somehow closed.
One the new section, next door is a tall grass field. There is a fence dividing the two, however there is a huge hole, so at night, poorly lit, it isnt too fun walking by it.

This resident is atrocious. Thought I would let anyone looking for an apartment on here know not to live next to them. They are the ones making all the noise.

Stating my honest opinion does not make me or my family, atrocious neighbors. In fact, It makes us responsible consumers. I think its an atrocity you are resorting to personal insult to minimize the vality of my review. Anyone reading this should wonder why a "resident" would defend this complex to such extreme?
