My roommate and I lived here for a year, we lived on the older side, so our apartment had been redone on the inside but not the outside. I didn't hate this place, but I definitely didn't love it either. We had crazy children running around the complex ALL the time, screaming and yelling, toys all over, they would pull up the landscaping so there was dirt everywhere. We called them the ----- children, their parents just let them run wild. The complex itself was not in the nicest area, kind of ghetto. Our apartment was nice but nothing special. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get your air conditioner fixed here. Our air conditioner didn't work for months and after calling management a couple times me and my roommate finally just took turns calling them everyday until they replaced it. Again, I didn't hate this place, but I wouldn't recommend it...Oh yeah, and parking sucks.

"----- children" are nothing like the few ----- adults in this complex, such as the ones who lived next to me but thankfully moved out earlier this year. These ----- adults sat out on their balconies and freely smoked while screaming expletives as they talked despite there being young children nearby. These same adults saw nothing wrong with hanging items on their balconies in a way that overflowed onto their neighbor's balconies, nor did they see anything wrong with blasting music at 3 a.m. ----- children, indeed! Not nearly as bad as ----- adults who should know better. That's what you need to look out for.
