Ok, the good, the bad, the ugly....First off it is within walking distance of downtown Pleasanton, that's good. And I don't feel too unsafe making that walk. The main pool seems clean and is enjoyed by many, so if you like pools, thats good. Most of the tenants seem reasonable, but of course, I don't live next door to each of them. If you have an unreasonable (noisy) neighbor then you are really in trouble, the walls are very thin and management is no help, trust me (ugly)! The kids here are numerous and quite loud, most of the time that does not bug me but it can others. If you don't like noisy kids then just pass on by, don't stop and don't rent here. The staff appears to be friendly, although, I am doubtful that they really make your comfort their priority, possibly bad. Although upgraded (somewhat), the units are still old with old heaters, air conditioners plumbing and electrical, but take heart, they are roomy, so depending on your view that can be good or bad. Speaking of apartments, they have the strangest layouts in some units. 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath where the only tub is in the master bath. Not good for roommates or people with kids. Then there are the townhomes that have the strangest kitchen I have ever seen. Very narrow counters and only 4 very small drawers, thats ugly. The Washers/Dryers are not great at all but work for smaller loads and in a pinch. Parking, very ugly....all my guest park out on the public streets cause there aren't any here. Overall, I would not recommend this place for those that like a quieter, upgraded or newer complex. If you have kids, you might like it here. As for me, not the worst place I have rented but far from the best!!!
