Before you get on this website and start bashing people why don't you learn a little bit about property management. First of all there are fair housing laws. Just because you lived there for a long time doesn't mean they will treat you differently from other residents. IT'S AGAINST THE LAW YOU IDIOTS!!!! If you let your lease expire and gave your 30 day notice too late you should pay the month to month rate. Hello, think about it! It's common courtesy that you keep your balconies clean, nobody wants to look at your junk. The management shouldn't have to babysit you. You people seem to think that the office staff works for you, think again! You don't treat the workers at the bank or grocery store this way. And about the packages, they don't have to accept them, I don't blame them for not wanting to deal with the liability or your whiny asses!! Please don't ever buy a home, because you obviously cannot function on your own and you need the management to hold your hand through everything. Grow up!

This is clearly from the management staff who is pissed off because all of their residents are miserable. Get a life and just do a better job and SERVICE your residents. That is your job you worthless pig.

This was indeed a retaliation to my comment in 2003. I believe the management also threatened apartmentratings to request that I remove my review thus the review titled "Don't even think about it" was completed edited by apartmentratings. I think this service has gotten much better as they probably think if you are not allow to post honest comments, then it's a worthless service. In any case, I'm so glad I was out of there and I even spoke to the PROPERTY OWNER and I believed I posted their email address for complaints.
