Overall the outside appearance of these aprtments is excellent. But, once you've lived here you never want to come back.

Management: The service is horrible. There was domestic violence that disturbed the entire complex above us and it simply was not handeled nor taken care of by management after numerous complaints.

Security: Does not esist. My car was vandalised over and over again. Car theft was horrid. The security company that is supposed to provide reponse to needs never was there. They never even locked down the workout facility...ever.

Parking: GOOD LUCK! if you arrive home after you had to work really late (around 7:00-8:00pm)is simply not there. People are living 6 to a unit and taking up all of the guest and extra tennant parking. So that those of us with two cars are SOL (---- outta luck.

Maintenance: It took me three weeks for them to come and look at my Air conditioner last summer. We are talking 100 degrees in my apartment. I was furious and nobody did anything about it.

My washer/Dryer unit went out. It took a week to get us a new one.

The water went out 5 or 6 times during the winter rains....so I couldn't take a shower before work. No apology ever came from management for the inconvienence to it's residents.

TO put it very bluntly do not move here unless you are wanting to expose yourself and your family to domestic violence, poor management, poor maintenance, poor security, lack of response to your requests, etc.

I am still appalled by this apartment complex and their lack of service to it's tennants. Haven forbid they hanle an emergency properly.
