I would have to agree with the rest of the posters about the management. I still live there (have lived there about 9 months) and it is just going downhill. They are rude and completely uncooperative.

In my building I have 3 multi tenant apartments (5-6 people.) All of these apartments leave shoes, garbage, bicycles, you name it in front of their front doors on the balconies. It's an obstacle course to get to my front door. I had to complain 3 times before they finally even put a notice on the offenders doors, and then they put it on all doors in the building.

I can't believe I had to tell them 3 times before they would do anything so that their complex does not look like a ghetto.

In the same phone calls I also had to discuss green hot tubs and broken saunas and the girl had the nerve to tell me how much money they were spendidng on improvements. THe "renovated" the balconies this month. I had to store everything from my balconie in my 1 bedroom apartment for weeks while they did this. Their "renovation" was having some guys screw down the weather ridden boards.

We won't even talk about the parking, the security or the maintenance.
