I would not recommend this apartment complex to anybody at this time. The complex was recently acquired by a property management company. The new owner has started construction work on the units to update the exterior. Unfortunately, the construction crews take up all the surrounding parking of the buildings that they work on. Additionally, the workers climb into the resident backyards and are hammering on the exterior from 8am to 5pm Monday through Saturday. Additionally, management is raising the monthly rent for all units to pay for the updated exterior. That wouldn?t be so bad if the owner hadn?t decided to go with Avocado Green as the color of choice.
