I've been reading all of these reviews and I'm a little confused....are all the residents at Springhouse kids'' You all need to grow up. The owners probably did the construction to make the property nicer, not to irritate you! Personally, I'm glad that they did it...why wouldn't you want new roofs'' Yeah, it was kinda annoying having the workers there, but it was only for a short period of time and now the apartments look a lot better.

I personally have not had a problem with any of the staff...the people in the office treat me fair. I understand that I am not the only person that lives here and shouldn't get any special treatment that everyone else doesn't get....I believe that is ILLEGAL!!!! Yeah, sometimes it takes longer than I would like to get a work order done, but now I know why...they have to cater to all the crybabies that live here!!! I guess if they complain and cry about it enough, they will get special treatment. I think it is pathetic!

I was reading about the car break ins and other "security" problems and I think it is very unfair to blame it on the management. No matter where you live, there is going to be crime....either big or small. I think the fact that they do hire a security patrol is good and I think the lights are fine. I don't know about you, but if they installed more lights, then you would all complain that the light goes right in your bedroom and you can't sleep....
Bottom line is there is just no way to please you people! You should really learn how to be more resposible for yourself!!!!!! You are the kind of people who should buy a house and then maybe you would understand.

I would definetly recommend these apartments to a friend.
