Okay, I nearly rented there, I have no opinion on their apartments, what I can say is if you have children, visit the "Megans Law" california's Sex Offenders web page, there is a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER living on those perimises. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
