Unhappy with new management and changes due to. This use to be "Springhouse", now tacky, kind of hard appearance. With new management, comes different type of residents and rules. Cars squealing, loud music and screaming at all times of the day and night. Latest female manager hired toward beginning of year 2005 lacks cordial courtesy. Not a people person and is very evident in the way she talks and interacts with residents. Needless to say, my lease is up and I cannot get out of here quicker. Make certain this is where you want to live! Oh... forgot to mention the mail and vehicle theft along with a recent break-in and rape back in May, 2005.
