I also had a very bad experience with new management like others in the review list.
My comment on new management:
-- Not helpful. Big pain to deal with
them.
-- Lack of attitude (All 3 including
new lady manager).
-- Behavioural problems.
-- Treat the tenants very badly.
-- Changes lease terms & conditions
very frequently.
-- Poor response to maintenance requests.
My sincere advise is, stay away from this Springhouse APT. I already posted about this APT and management in all Internet forums, sent e-mail to a big list of people in the Bay area, told all my friends.
Please keep circulate the e-mails to your friends who wants to be a future resident of SPH APT.
