Iam thinking of lodging a complain to someone with higher authority so that the management will learn their lesson.

I lived there for 10 months and broke my lease to move to the South Bay for a new job. I had to go over management's head once and got my way. One month they "lost" my rent check, despite the fact that it was already cashed. They are SO out of it that they never charged me the $1600 I owed for breaking the lease. While the apt was cute, the management is incredibly bad. My good luck they were too stupid to charge me the fee for breaking the lease!!
