Let me put down the list of problems that were created by the MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE.

Myself and one of my collegue joined Springhouse in the mid of Oct'05. We noticed a problem in the apartment and after couple (never done on first complaint, minimum of three complaints required to start any work) of months and keep complaining about it and finally they have started but never ended. We again started complaining and I thought of moving to different unit once my lease term ends, just for the negligence of this people.

1) My initial lease ends in April so when I started asking for a new unit from May 1st they said its too early but still I used to visit couple of times every week. To my surprise I came to know that they have units available and they have given to others. They have no respect for residents and never takes anything as a priority.

2) In April I got to extend the lease (30 day notice), so I have mentioned all the problems they have created (its been 4 months the initial problem in my UNIT WAS NOT FIXED) and also about different unit I was trying from two months but no one wants to take initiative and then signed new lease. After signing the lease around 4 in the evening on Apr 1st, I received a call after 30min saying there is a unit and you can come sunday morning and resign the lease.

3) At this point I thought maybe they are doing thier work right for the first time and felt happy, when I went there I got to hear a new story saying that I signed a lease a day before and to get new unit I got to pay $300 dollars for new unit(Can yo beleive I am staying there for six months and I am moving just because of their mistake). I have no other option as my wife is about to join me and I cant take her to the unit with unfinished work(Almost 5 months by now and more than three complaints verbally and filling the forms). Finally they said they have no way of taking it back and I got to pay $300 as transfer out for the unit that is not active yet and it will be active from May 1st.

4) Finally, now after moving out with a loss of $300 dollars and also increase in rent I thought all the things are settled down. But I was charged around $1300 dollars as move out charged. Its not new to me in US and I am staying in Apartments for almost 4 and Half years. And such descrimination and weird responce from manager Rebecca I never thought, I only came to know after talking to Rebecca on phone that we cant ask them why they chaged us move out charges and she also explined me when I called her for details that it will be taken care of third party and its upto you whether you pay or not, they will send to collection agency. I am staying there and I want to know from my side why I have been charged and when I said that I will meet her at the rental office she said no need every thing is clear and its upto you to pay or not.

5) I cant pay $1300 as moveout charges and have to go there personally and ask her and the answer was so wierd that there are no damages but because of spices odour they got to change the carpet and paint the wall(Strictly no damages or stains).
You can see the mental tension I have facing by staying here for only reason that my work place is nearby and wife is new to this country.
I have $300 transferout unnessary and over $1000 for moveout. They almost charged $950 just for the reason of Spice Odor. I have stayed in many different apartments in California and also in East Coast but I have never seen such wierd answers of answering tenents.

6) Finally to my surprise I received a letter from Fidelity Collection Unit for a missing due. But the amount was deposited by SpringHouse Apts couple of months earlier for the following due. Also to my surprise they have added a comment on check, when I handed personally to them. And even after doing it they sent the same for the collection unit after they credited the amount.

Do you still want to go after reading this facts. You should by now understand how much I helped you and for those leaving in the Apts I pity for you.

You should write to humanresources@secprop.com and you can also file a petition in Consumer court. I guess it just costs 25 dollars.
