My husband & I moved into the complex 4 months ago and have regetted our decision ever since. We were lured in by the amenities and well-maintained grounds. A staff person gave us a tour and was helpful in getting us approved and moved in quickly. When we initially moved into the apartment, we made a list of things that needed fixing. A few weeks later, I went to the office to see when they planned on fixing things and the office staff acted surprised that maintenance had not already come by. A few weeks later (after 2 more visits to the office), they "fixed" our dryer. A week later it broke again and they had to send someone out to re-fix it. The washer and dryer both look about 30 years old and are in desperate need of replacement. We have yet to get anyone to repair other damages from previous tenets. In addition, we have two areas where are roof leaks. We reported the problem several times. Each time the staff acts as if they'd never heard of the problem before and promises to have someone fix it immediately, but no one has come to fix it. Aside from the problems within the apartment, there have been numerous maintenance problems with the common grounds. The sauna by the gym has been broken since we moved in, the heater for the spa closest to our apartment has been turned off since the beginning of the year, jets are broken in all 3 of the spas. Like most residents, we eventually got tired of turning in maintenance requests and are just waiting for our lease to be up so we can get out of this nightmare. Don't get sucked in by the initial tour. Once you've moved in, you will quickly see that the management doesn't give a ---- about any of the residents and the staff is either incredibly incompetent or is well-trained to hide the faults of the complex, management, and maintenance.
