After reading some of the poor reviews on Springhouse I felt I should write my own review. I have lived at Springhouse for 3 years. At 1st it was a little touch and go with the previous manager Rebecca, but after the new manager Rob and assistant Lorraine came on board early 2007 and the great office staff me and my neighbors experienced a huge positive change. They actually sincerely care! I had a noise complaint with a new neighbor that moved in above me. Loud music into the wee hours of the morning. As soon as I told them I got a call right away from Rob the manager sounding very apologetic that he would talk to my neighbors. That weekend I experienced peace an quiet. Then on Monday the manager called me to make sure that I wasn't experiencing any more noise from my neighbors. Wow!I felt so taken care of!
The following month my neighbor who lives next door her dad passed away and she was telling me how she went to the office to pay her rent and was talking with the staff about her dad and the next day she received a card and a lovely bouquet of flowers. That meant a lot to her and me. I really feel like I am home at Springhouse. So all of you looking for the right place to live you won't go wrong with Springhouse!

If you are reading this posting and others, please be aware that the opinions may not hold true. Some of these postings, especially the positive ones, may acutally have been written by the staff themselves. Before you make your decisions, please ask several current tenants about THEIR opinions of the complex.

I lived in the Springhouse Apts for a year and never experienced or heard of anyone experiencing anything like this. If it really happened (actually going above and beyond or actually following up with a request), it was an isolated incident and is in no way representative of the apartment complex or the staff as a whole.

I think you meant to say "I have never felt so SCARED OF property management as I do at Springhouse!" I think that is a more appropriate title.

All I have to say to those that are writing negative reviews on Springhouse I am sure its probably the same couple of people who keep writing reviews/responses because they are bitter, generally unhappy in their lives and have nothing better to do with their time. The people that are actually happy at a property don't feel the need to write a review. Me and my neighbors are very happy here. I welcome anyone looking for a "home" and not a five star hotel with staff to jump at your every request to come and take a poll here you will find more positives then negatives. Springhouse is a community not a pit stop.

To the person who wrote a response on 1/20/2008: You just contradicted yourself stupid! You write, "The people that are actually happy at a property don't feel the need to write a review." If you are actually happy like you say you are then why in the hell are you on here writing a review??????????
