Be warned !!! You will probably have to sell your kidney to pay the move out bill. They charged me $1100 having lived here for 1 year !
They charged me for painting the whole apartment and all the cabinets. They charged me for having "burnt" the counter top in the kitchen (this counter top was recorded as being broken in more than one place during the move in inspection). They just chose to charge me $400 to replace the counter top because I was the last person to rent the apartment. What is described as "burnt" was a hot spoon left on the counter top which left a brown mark.
The apt claims to have a washer/dryer in the unit but it is hardly usable. It is very small and the clothes don't clean properly. We have to take our clothes to a public laundromat regularly to get it properly cleaned.
The apartment staff speak very softly and politely although their words are dripping with venom.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies.
