I almost didn't rent at this place because the reviews were pretty terrible. I'm glad I didn't listen to them. This was by far one of my best apartment experiences. When I moved in they had just put in new carpet, the appliances looked like they had never been used and the walls were freshly painted. The appliances were nothing special but they weren't too cheap either. The place is very well kept, and I've never had a noise problem. The staff has always been very helpful but I've never had to make a maint. call so I don't know how they are with requests.

My only minor complaint is that the HVAC in my apartment was very sub-par.
