I have been here for several months and it is a very nice place to live. The units are very spacious and very bright. There is a Safeway right next to the complex, along with several restaurants. Downtown Pleasanton is within walking distance. The grounds are well kept and staff is friendly. I've only had to call maintenance once and they responded fairly quickly. I have not been here through the hot summer weather, so I can'y comment on the air conditioning. However, the heat in my apartment is adequate during December.

The complex is a bit expensive, and it would be nice if they had washer/dryer in the unit. There is a school behind the complex and I can hear the school band during games. In the mornings, I can hear my neighbor run their shower, but it is not a big deal. The noise level should not be a problem for most people.
