Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
They ripped me off I moved months ago and they have never sent a letter of explanation. I have called several times. The manager even refused to tell me the new owners name. I am thinking maybe management kept the money for themselves. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, SCAMMERS
