I am an ex tenant. I had my car stolen from in front of my apartment. Bike stolen from my garage(which you have to share with others). Gang activity, drugs being sold accross the street where the elderly live. My son was robbed walking to Albertsons on Drake street. Very unsafe. They do not return deposits. I EVEN SMELLED WEED COMMING FROM THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE

WOW..........Since when is it the apartment complex fault that anyone gets robbed going to and from a grocery store.Responsible parent wouldn't let their child go ALONE in the first place.And compared to other apartment complex I have heard this place seems to be safer because of the daily walking on site patrol I personally have seened.Everything mentioned in this posting is saying negative things about the other apartment complex.Weed coming out of the management office? This must be a joke....Visit this apartment complex and judge for yourself.Good thing the BAD residents no longer live here because since new mangement has taken over this place is beautiful and SAFE!There is always a bad apple in the bunch...maybe this bad apple has left.
