Life at the Helix Life at the Helix was amazing. Each apartment was clean, inviting and nicely priced.
However, the BEST PART was the staff -- Patty is outstanding as a Property Manager with a helpful smile and willing to go the extra mile; she made my stay most enjoyable. David is amazing

apartment Apatment maintenance is poor, front desk management is somewhat evasive. If you have a downstairs bedroom, you can hear the people upstairs walking around and the floorboards creaking., plus conversations, etc.

Nightmare i am a current tenant that moved in with a low rent and once i moved in it was a nightmare,the plumbing is horrible,the electrical plugs is waiting to happen,my neighbors are extremely loud all through the night and early mornings,i dont have a pet but managed to get flea

Great place to live! Living at the Helix was a great experience. I moved out because of school rotations but if it wasn't for rotations and wanting to save a little bit of money I would of stayed at the Helix. The management is great! David is wonderful at getting things fixed when you need it.

The Helix and Staff are Great I have been at the helix for 2 years and now I leave for Las Vegas. Patty and David were great, always helpful and smiling. The property is very pet friendly and the student residents are great. A really nice place to stay.
