say goodbye to your sec deposit
They won't return the security deposit claiming “Regular Cleanâ€ & Painting services, if they didn't return your deposit for bogus reasons please let me know. I have seen a lot of reviews of them claiming to have lost or not have deposits.… See More >anonymous

Don’t do it
Avoid these apartments don’t let the amenities fool you. These apartments are way overpriced for the outdated appliances that they still have. Don’t bother trying to call the office for a maintenance issue you will be forwarded to the offsite answering company. I paid my… See More >anonymous

Annoying
There's a lot to say here. They're only helpful when you're trying to move in. Maintenance is OK depending on who you get to respond. My first months rent was prorated, I gave the appropriate 60 days notice to vacate once the lease was nearing… See More >anonymous

Avoid the mess
I lived at these apartments for 5 years. I enjoyed living their besides having to deal with apartment management and some of the uncomfortable interactions with loud neighbors, police presence, mail stealing, and transients garbage sifting. Before i moved out, i would have given this… See More >Casee.R

Great place! Friendly staff and instant response for maintenance request. For a large complex fairly quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend this place. Tom Combo #213

Not a bad place. Only real complaint is that the rent is a little high. A hundred dollars cheaper on a 1 bedroom would be more reasonable. Pool is nice and staff is very friendly.

Not too bad of living areas. No issues with maintenance requests. Staff is very friendly. The only thing I hate is how expensive rent is. Just a one bedroom is waaaay to much and it only goes up when you renew.
