I recently moved into chesapeake Commons 8 months ago and It seems to be ok so far. The staff seems nice and helpful. We have lots of parking and trees around us which is nice too. Loved the BBQ the office did recently it was very nice!!! They cooked for everyone and gave away prizes and we played volly ball which was cool.
