Well, basically this place is awful to live at. We had to sign a year lease and after being here only 4 months, it is well worth the penalty of $3000 we have to pay to move out. THere is mold in every window sill, just from normal every day living, and cleaning. The walls and ceilings are made of cardboard because we can hear everything all around us. The fans in the bathroom don't work and they have come to fix them, which did nothing, they just wiggled them a little and said, they were fine. The girls in the office sit around gossiping all day and the poor maintenance guys are stratched too thin. THere are like 3 of them for 365 apartments......yeah, that is ridiculous! They also have to be on call, so they never get a break. Our bathroom door has been broken since we moved in and after living here for a week, they finally cam and tried to fix it by spraying it with WD40 and telling us that it is old and they can't order a new part because they would have to do more work and they can't even get the parts anymore! It just feels dirty. Also, the 2 sparkling pools they talk about in the ad....yeah, 1 of them had a sign for a while saying that it was "Hazardous to your health" and there are signs all over saying that "there are chemicals in the area known to cause cancer and birth defects". Doesn't that make you feel happy to be home'
Anyways....unless you are desperate for a place to live.......like we were, don't ever waste your time looking here!!!
