The office staff is very helpful and friendly and the maintenance is always over to fix anything that breaks within a few hours after I call the problem in. Carmel is a great place to live! - I have lived at the Carmel Community for the past 8 years and I love it! Anytime I call for a work order it get's done right away and done correctly.
