I am sorry to say how discerning this place is. They kept my entire deposit, I did not request a final walk through. The maintenance dept stated I left it dirty, (not true)
In addition to:
apt was dirty when I moved in, carpet left my feet dirty with black oil, would not clean for me,
all they would do for me was, have me note it on the paper work,
maintanence is not available after hours/weekends, Your message is forwarded to a call center.
Business center for residents use is a joke:
the fax and copiers did not work the 2 years I rented there, of the two computers, only one worked, and there is no printer.
The office communicates with you by leaving personal messages on your door, very unprofessional.
The only pool is used by non residents
The security is a joke, there is none.
My neighbors had to many children/multiple families, for the number of bedrooms.
Very Noisy
Office Personnel/Vs/Leasing Personell
neither no their roles, (high turn over)
