I just moved out of this apartment complex and it was a total nightmare (still is). The office staff is horrible. They don't know anything and don't care to know anything. They are the least helpful and unprofessional group of people that I have ever dealt with. When I moved in I turned in my checkin sheet (2 pages worth) and in a year they fixed 3 items. Througout the year that I was a resident, they took care of nothing...
Now that I have moved out (almost 2 months ago) I am still trying to get my security deposit back. When dealing with the manager at Toscana I actually had to interupt her and ask that she conduct herself in a professional manner as I was. I have had enough, I am tired of doing there job, because they obviously don't know how. Unfortunately for the folks over at Toscana I know my rights, each and every one of them. As I work for a corporate law firm in downtown, I know how to deal with them. I am filing a claim against them with the state, county and city. I recommend anyone who has had any problems with them do the same. I would never recommend Toscana to anyone.
