The truth about Toscana

Yes, Toscana has beautiful apartments and views. I read the previous posts, and they are crap. I complained about a neighbor being too loud, and that night, I saw a notice on their door. What else can they do' go over there and kick their ass' It seems that you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. I saw someone in the office complaining of no parking and the residents aren't "Toscana quality", and yet he was the one who parked in my carport the night before who I had towed. Then he started yelling at me saying I'll be sorry for towing him. talk about not being "Toscana quality". When I rented at Toscana, the office said they run criminal back ground checks on all applicants before they are approved to move-in. Nobody else offered me that when I was looking. So if you're looking for "safety" move off the planet, where in this world is it "safe". Please post, I would like to know. To make this long note short, use common sence. The property offers front door trash pick up, well no ---- there will be trash on the property waiting to be picked up. They also put notices out all the time about not putting trash out the night before. I see effort made by the office, and fortunately for YOU, they have to rent to anyone who qualifies to live there.
