I can't stand the office staff

I have been living here since June 2005. I dread every moment I am in that front office. Talking to them is like talking to a brick wall. I have gone in there twice to make complaints, and the same lady that I talked to, compared her place with mine both times and basically told me that my complaints were no big deal because she deals with them too. Very unprofessional! My apartment is nice I have to admit, but man don't ever try to get the office staff to do anything for you. Dumber than a box of rocks if you ask me!! And don't ever try to find parking on the weekends here!
