Still sucking after all these years

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
We lived there about 3 years ago and moved out because of all the problems mentioned by everyone here.
It seemed a bit pricey when we decided to live there, but with all the amenities they offered, it seemed like a worthwhile splurge.
Of course, we got nothing that was promised and the service was awful. Well, at least it was expensive.
When we were moving out, my new apartment called for a reference and was told that I never lived there. I walked over there and spoke with the manager, who laughed and said "It's always something." You think'
Anyway, if anyone reads this and thinks that it's just a few whiners and complainers, or it was just a temporary thing they went through while changing management, think again.
Although, I don't understand why someone would wait on hold over and over again when you can just walk over to the office.
It doesn't seem to have changed in three years. How's that media center doing' How about the cooking classes' The valet dry cleaning' The heated pool'
