I can only speak for myself, but I had a wonderful experience while living at Toscana (now AMLI). Our apartment was nice, our work orders were filled in a timely manner, and if it was a very serious problem it was definitely filled as soon as possible. There was some noise because our apt. was on the bottom floor by the pool, but if you don't expect noise when situated by a public place then that's your own problem. We nearly always found parking close to our apartment. We enjoyed having the pool and the volleyball area and met some great people that way.

I especially appreciate Toscana after moving away and dealing with snobby people and plumbing issues all the time.

The office staff wasn't very helpful but I still feel that the rest of my good experience was worth more than some stupid staff people.
