Empty Promises

I moved here two years ago when it was Toscana. The management team was much easier to deal with than the current AMLI. They present themselves as very professional and they are not problem solvers. Within two months of them getting a new management team. I experience empty promises concerning some of the noise problems on the property. I am at home all day and all you hear is barking dogs throughout the complex. At times all you hear is pool parties and patio parties into the wee hours of the morning.
The old management team did a background check on me before I moved in. I wonder if they are still doing that because the kind of people I see on this property does not indicate that they are. Decent people do not drive home drunk and fall down on the property at 3:00 in the morning. There is no one on this property watching anything so people know they can do whatever they want and no one is going to call the Police. If you are like me you are afraid of retaliation. If I could I would move.
