Becoming a joke

If you enjoy walking this is a great apartment for you. The trash area is over a quarter mile, so you must walk you trash a round trip of over a half a mile. Talked to the management and they can't figure out a better solution. There is also only one mail area so that is a bit of a walk to but that is better centrally located. Parking is great during the day, but on weekends and holidays you will probably have to park outside the complex because of all the "get togethers" they have in complex. The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors, both above and to the side. We won the lottery and have an upstairs neighbor who has a young daughter that runs around the apartment all day and you can hear every step and jump.
We tried to upgrade, but the management said since we had just renewed we were basically at their mercy and if we wanted to upgrade we would have to pay a $500 processing fee and pay whatever the market price was. She told us that if we were at the end of our lease she could work with us... what great customer service.
