I moved to California a little less than two years ago from New York and I looked a lot before making my choice. I moved here with my wife so I wanted a place I felt safe and that was close to everything. I work at the airport and when I get home I want to spend time with my wife and just relax. I have to say when I first got here I was not really sure I had made the right choice, there was trash everywhere and parking seemed to be a bit tight. Since then I have seen the property management make a lot of improvements. They did a garage inspection to make sure people weren't using there garage soley for storage and that people were actullay parking in their garage which cleared up a lot of spaces. I remember walking into the office to pay my rent and heard this person seriously screaming at one of the young ladies for it, let's get real people they have lives that do not need to consist of people makes their lives harder. I live in buildling 11 if any of you live here you probably know where that is, I'm not sure I could be further form the trash area. I went into the office when this change first came about it and asked why and they explained that the change was honestly trying to make the residents happier. I thought they might be smoking something at first. However, since they made the change I have noticed the property is a lot cleaner. I don't come home to trash being everywhere. I was even thanked by another resident for taking my own trash to the trash area, she told me that she loved the change and feels like she lives in a clean place again. I think they honestly have the right idea and are trying their hardest to make improvements. I got a treat on my door a few weeks ago and they power washed my whole building. Besides the changes I also love my apartment, it has a lot of space and it is comfortable and when I go out of town I don't worry about my wife being alone. So I guess what I'm saying is do not believe everything you read on here, I like this place, I like maintanence, and I even like the office staff (the ones I've met). SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I am glad that one person enjoys the complex. Unfortunately there are many more who don't. I agree that you can't believe everything you read, but I am basing my opinion on the fact that I lived there and experienced the chaos and rudeness first hand. To be really honest you are the first person that I have seen that has anything positive to say. All the reviews that I have read complaining about the complex are things that my neighbors and I experienced on a daily basis. You may be surprised to know that AMLI formerly Toscana has a very bad reputation among the apartment homes in Rancho Cucamonga. When it came time for me to move, I went to almost every apartment complex in Rancho and Alta Loma because I did not want to make the same mistake twice. At every complex I was asked where I currently live. When I told them almost every single person apologized to me for having to live at AMLI and put up with the situation there. It is very sad because there is such potential to have such a great complex, but unfortunately that will never be achieved.
