Don't let the appearance fool you. Once AMLI took over, this complex went downhill. I had a severe bee problem outside of my bedroom window. Bees use to come inside of my apartment trough the vents. Imagine waking up in the morning with bees buzzing over your head. It took them 3 months to get the problem under control. The gates don't always work and have you tried to use the gym equipment' You need a magnet to start the treadmill. Who thinks to take magnet with them to work out' When Toscana managed the apartment it was a great place. My upstair neighbors were so loud. It sounded as if they were wearing brick shoes. They slammed things at all hours of the night. I reported them but was told to try to go up and talk to them first. Amli's people are rude. There was one girl who looked like a plastic Barbie Doll who was never in a hurry to help you. Once your lease ends, MOVE!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree!!!We didn't have the bee problem but the office staff was probably even worse. We moved down the street to the Reserve, same layouts for a couple hundred less, and office staff was much better.
