I have been living here for over a year now. I stumbled upon this website from a friend and was curious to see what it was rated. I am a single guy and my roommate and I love the location to all the local bars and restuarants. I have to say I am very surprised at the horrible things being said. Myself and my neighbors love living here. We are always enjoying the pool and volleyball court. I have never had a problem with the girls in the office they always answer all my questions. And as far as noise I have to agree with the other guy that said it is built well because I NEVER hear my neighbors. And even more recently they had a car wash and washed my car for free and have been passing out breakfast to all of us in the mornings. The only thing I would change about this place is not having more shade at the pool. I truly believe for the price and location this place could not get much better. I feel bad for the people that have to bash the place to feel better! From what I have read they have already moved out. Get a life!

Or, he's exactly the type of neighbor nobody wants. Two young guys? Urgh. Not exactly the quietest people with which to share walls. Yeah, you want to make your home right next to someone whose idea of a perk of living here is being close to bars.

You and your roommate must spend most of your time in the bars getting drunk and are obviously oblivious to the trash, noise, parking and staff problems affecting the quality of life for residents here at Amli.

Only that manager would spend time writing this review. NO ONE likes this place. IT IS HORRIBLE!!!
