Wow. Where do I start' Today everyone on the property found out that the management has been going through the tenants TRASH. The ------- has been going through the complex EVERY morning and going through bags of trash not in the dumpster. The rude girl in the office said he was looking for names to incriminate people. AMLI obviously doesn't know that it's ILLEGAL, as Rancho Cucamonga has a no scavaging law (regardless of who you are.) For those of you who don't live here, there is ONE dumpster for the ENTIRE complex, and it is located in Nevada. People have a tendency to leave their trash on their doorsteps at night and drop it off at the dumpster in the morning. Most people have to DRIVE THEIR TRASH OVER. GROSS. We have asked the office why there is only one dumpster, and they replied that the city wouldn't give them the proper permits. That's a LIE. We called and the city said they never received such a request from Amli. The dumpster here is also overfowing. It's disgusting. People leave huge pieces of furniture by the dumpster, along with anything else they can find.

PARKING...well, where do you want me to start' If you have a garage, and more than one car, you're screwed after 6 PM and on weekend and holidays. The guy who lives across from us has 5 cars. 5 CARS. Two don't run, so they are perminately parked in prime spots. I complained to the office, because it's bad enough I have to trek up three stories with my groceries, but at night I honestly don't feel safe parking far away from my buidling. (I'll discuss that in my next paragraph.) The office told me there is no rule on how many cars a person can own. Yeah, thanks.

So, that same person across from me runs a business out of their garage. People come and go at 3 AM, and rap music is always blaring. It's so loud, it's woken me up. The quality of people that have been moving into AMLI have been getting shadier and shadier. Three police cars were parked at the building across from us last week for a few hours. God only knows why. Oh and people drive through the parking lot at 50 mph.

Complaining gets my husband and I nowhere. The people in the office are completely innept. They almost always LOSE OUR RENT CHECK THEN TRY TO CHARGE US A LATE FEE!!!! Even when we have a receipt, they try to argue! We get random '3 days to pay or leave' notices, and when we go to the office to ask them about it, some MORON tells us it was a mistake. We had to fill out some rediculous paper entitled 'Everyone Makes Mistakes.' Also, I once asked for some paint to touch up some spots in the living room, and it took them two weeks to get it for me. I would call to check on it, and they would be very rude.

I've lived in several states and in several complexes. This is the worst place I've ever lived at. Don't let anyone here fool you.
