I cannot believe the kind of things that are written about our community. I personally have been here for almost 2 years and have not had one issue with the office staff. Everyone wanted valet trash out they took it out , I have personally asked them about whats going on with the trash situation and they continue to constantly think of other options, but said it would take up some open parking. I dont think that they are personally not trying to do anything I think that there is only so much that they can do. Me and my little girl are always welcomed when we come in and love the activities that they do every month. Its been a whole lot better than it was when I first got here when they sad they would do something and not do it. There was this one time when I was in the office paying my rent and one girl was getting yelled at and cussed at by a resident who left his trash downstairs and was charged a fee for doing it.... well HELLO wake up you know your not suppose to do it, thats the kind of stuff that makes this property look bad its not the staff its the folks that do that. I was actually happy about that, I live in a building that this one apartment constantly does that thank you AMLI staff for charging for that. My boyfriend and I Love being here and refer our friends to live here. Im pretty sure all of you were told no for the first time about something that they absolutly couldnt help you with and had nothing better to do then write ridiculous statements about this community. I think the only negative thing about this community is looking at peoples trash that leave down the stairs because they cant walk it to the compactor.LAZY, if i can do it with a little girl on my waist Im pretty sure you can. Oh and by the way my lease is up in dec, and I will be renewing.

Absolutely, I have to agree with the first response, here. We are in our fifties and live the furthest away from the trash, and there is NO way my husband can walk all our trash that distance, NOR should he be expected to, imo. This property should have been designed with trash receptacles reasonably-placed thru-out, but no, that would have taken up precious, money-making room for more units, or for parking. Could've built fewer apts, and had better ammenities, but profit and greed win-out, so we just live with all the inconvenience and poor design and construction. What about the handicapped folks who live here? the elders? Are they supposed to walk all their trash that way? Lift or toss it all up into the bins? There are times when even that is difficult for my husband. You've rated this place based on your OWN abilities... try thinking about what others have to deal with before you condemn the rest of us for being lazy!

All I can say is that you are very lucky and one of the few who has not had problems. I lived there for two years before I moved to a much better community I might add. When I had any situations and would report them to the office staff they would basically turn their heads and not do a thing about them. One of the things was having water leaking into my apartment from the outside. After I talked to them about it for the third time, they finally had someone come out to say there was nothing that could be done. This was the last straw that finally caused me to move. It was funny because as I was visiting other apartment complexes they would ask me where I was moving from and almost all of them shook their heads when I told them. Apparently they have been seeing a record number of people coming from this complex. So before you judge other people for the situations that have happened to them make sure you have all your facts straight and feel lucky that everything is going well for you so far.

I have lived with the trash situation for a year and have heard one excuse after another about what the management office is going to do about the trash situatiion. They are supposed to as of January 2009 according to them resume the curbside trash pick up that they had when I first moved in. I will believe it when I see it. They tend to lie about everything!!
