First of all, manager is never available. She is also the only person in the entire office who supposedly knows anything about anything. The entire office staff is completely oblivious to anything going on. They give you a 3 day notice of action on friday and manager isnt in until monday. If you ask what the fricken notice is for,no one knows.So yes the office staff is like talking to a wall.
Second, the trash situation isnt just about the bins and "valet" service and watever the fk.Its disgusting on the grounds:by the pool,grass,mail boxes, EVERYWHERE , there is trash.For what it costs to live here,its nasty.they also raised everyones rent if they had some type of pet, expect to cough up a grand for a small animal. They want a huge deposit and monthly rent for each pet. AS if life isnt hard enough right now, they want money for anything they can get. AND because they charge a monthly rent for these animals, can they at least clean up some of the dog sh**'! NO, everywhere you walk that is green,you have to look down to make sure you dont step in something wet.
They are just sneaky, coniving people. And the people they allow to live here are getting louder, ghetto-er,and disgusting. Expect to see cops here monthly. since we've been here theres been 3 break ins and day time visits from the cops for disturbance.. Amli just isnt living up to its reputation here.

I have also lived at this community from August 2007 till present and couldn't agree more about the trash problem as well as the people they allow to live in this community getting louder and more Ghetto. I have had to call the Rancho Cucamonga Sherrifs Department on 7 occasions for domestic disputes, loud parties at 2am in the morning as well as neighbors smoking pot on their patio during the day and evening and management seems to do nothing about it!

As far as the monthly pet rent, we did send out violation letters for residents who were breaking community policies by having a pet that was not listed on the lease. We have several honorable residents that live at the community that have been honest with us about having a pet. We do not feel it is fair to allow people who have them and are in violation of the lease to not have to pay the same fees as someone who has been honest from the begining. As far as me not being available I am in the office 50 hours a week unless I am gone for a meeting. I have also listed my email address in case you would like to email me directly. I truly hope you will take the time to attend our community meeting in January so we can discuss these issues further. I feel the comments made are very general and if I was given more specifics on the situation I may be able to assist you more. I personally take a lot of pride in what I do as the Community Manager and I take time out of my evenings to attend these community meetings. I truly hope you will join us so we can make this a happy living environment for everyone. Thank you.

I agree about the people living here since AMLI took over. We've had three different residents upstairs in that time, and they've all been horrible. The current ones have been here barely a month, and we've had to call Courtesy Patrol, twice. They hammer ALL the time; one night, it was 11:30, and the whole building was pounding. They were just whaling away on something, who knows what. We just called now because of some loud music or whatever. They've got all this crap on the wall where our bed is, and we never get any rest anymore unless they're gone. Which is almost never. I have no idea where these people come from, who don't have to sleep or work to pay the rent. We're going to go look at another apartment tomorrow. We're sick of the losers moving in here.

we moved in to those apartments the beggining of 2006, we we're the first one to live in our appartment and everything look nice at first, but when the time passed, more people moved in and they were not such good neighbors, i couldn't clean my balcony because the water would hit a lady's garage and she got very pissed off everytime it happened, but anyways the staff told me i couldnt clean it, and to make the story short the manager gaves us a huge problem to move out. up to this date my credit is messed up because they charged stupids things like painting and cleaning the carpets, are'nt they supposed to do that everytime someone moves out????? they're just stupid dont move in!!!!!

The crime here is out of control. My car was broken into last night. My stereo was stolen, along with the change in my ash tray. I guess the prospect of $1.00 in change is too much for any thief to resist!
