Complex changed

When my boyfriend and I rented our apartment in July, 2008 we were fairly impressed with the Empire Lakes community. However early in 2009 things in the complex changed. Loud parties happening all night long with no intervention from management, unsavory characters roaming in the breezeway, unattended children in the pool, multiple break-ins and thefts. We abided by the pet rules only to discover there is a doberman (pet breed restriction), and at least 1 pitbull residing at the complex. Overall, I would not recommend Empire Lakes to any potential renter until the management gets the complex under control again.

I don't think it changed. It has been going down hill for over a year now. I made the mistake by renewing since my rent was decreased significantly. The ------- is completely incompetent. The ----------- ------- is a moron. The crime is bad. I am counting the days until my lease ends. I want to break free.
