      Terrible new management, constently changing things without giving proper notice, they just changed the gate system without notifying any of the residence that they will need a new gate code. Avoid at all cost!

We have listened to our residents and currently in the process of having cars towed (pending the circumstances) and auditing the garages to ensure that people are not using them for storage, but for parking their cars. This process will take time and we hope that our residents will be patient while this is happening. If you are seeing large aggressive dogs around the property or non-residents using our amenity spaces, please let our office staff know so that we can address with them. Sadly crime is an unfortunate reality of our society, no matter where anyone lives. Over the past two months, we have had reported one car theft and two apartment break-ins, and otherwise nothing reported since last spring. We provide our residents with crime prevention tips and alert them when crime is in fact reported. We also evaluate other measures as necessary. Having to lift groceries up 3 flights of stairs can be a struggle, but we aren't required to have elevators for any properties that are 3 stories or less.
