Pricey... iron fist.

Very nice apartments... but;
1) Read the reviews about Jamboree - same owner.
2) This place is run more like a corporation and less like an apartment complex. All notes (and there are a lot of them) are left to dear resident in ***** (insert your apartment number here) blah blah blah.
3) While some of the staff are good, most are prissy, snobbish, overdressed girls that make you feel terrible for intruding in on their business. I believe that they're placed there to keep out the "unwanted". Example - The battery for the garage door portion of the remote went south. I took it in to the office to ask them to replace the battery and reprogram. The girl on duty took the remote, looked at it and told me that I was pointing it the wrong way. Apparently there's a pinhole light on the bottom that turns on when the button is pressed.... the gate button, not garage! Trying to explain this to her was taking more time then it was worth. I took the remote, replaced the battery myself and took it back for reprogramming.
4)Maybe it's the area, but at least 1 family is moving in or out weekly.
5) Parking sucks. Overnight visits require for the submittal of a "overnight pass" or the vehicle will be towed. Leave the car in place for more than 72 hours without notice and the vehicle will be towed. I travel a lot, and made the simple request to not tow my vehicle. I the description of the vehicle to the staff along with license plate. I was told to make sure that I call before I leave. They were not responsible for towed vehicles.
Overall this is a nice place to live. BUT if you want a happy community feeling... look elsewhere.
